Fiona-Marisol Merced is a young party animal with a dream. She wants to host the best high-school and college aged party and music venue in the entire Northwest Chicago Suburbs. Hailing from a town called Glenwire, she sees an oopurtunity to make a splash where there was nary any noise. Fiona is a tough cookie with more to prove than most would be willing to admit. A fighter since grade school, Fiona is infamous for her bravado and fair-but-firm sentiments. To many she is loving yet intimidating, others see her as a force to be reckoned with. Fiona's best friend, Evelyn Dao, is similarly disposed. A young dancer, Evelyn loves to party. She and Fiona take the reign for number one candidates in curating crunktastic, head-thumping, alcohol-and-substance-induced-vomit-filled-functions. But such fun isn't seen as enjoyable for their security.

Meet our good friends Tomas Imani, George Grazioso, Oliver Wilk, and Mavis Blaese-Vera, hired staff at Fifi's Flowerpatch in Glenwire, Illinois. These four are quite important as besides from checking IDs and comparing screen names to last names on party lists, these young part time working teenagers conduct drug deals under the guise of keeping their customers safe. Through the money they make from selling within the parties, the entire team in insured of the venue's survival. Evelyn and Fifi only see so much of the money, as a decent percentage of the money is saved for their higher up "bosses": Those being one Pastor Ramses Chris and his son Thomas Chris.
